Our casing features a small corrugated design, which significantly increases the structural rigidity of the panels without adding unnecessary weight. Engineered for a seamless fit, these panels provide the "optimum" protective shell, maintaining the thermal integrity and aesthetic of your cooling tower for years to come.
| Feature | Specification |

| Corrugation | Small Corrugated Sheets |
| Panel Width | 1 Meter (Fixed) |
| Panel Length | Variable (2.5 Meters Minimum) |
| Finish | Corrosion-proof & UV-Resistant |
| Application | External Body/Cladding for Cooling Towers |
1. Why is FRP preferred over metal for cooling tower casings?
Unlike metal, FRP is inherently corrosion-proof. In the high-moisture environment of a cooling tower, metal will eventually rust and degrade. FRP remains structurally sound and maintenance-free for a much longer period.
2. What are the available dimensions for the FRP sheets?
Our panels come in a fixed width of 1 meter. To accommodate different tower sizes, the length is variable, with a minimum starting length of 2.5 meters.
3. Does the casing require painting or additional coating?
No. Our FRP casing is "UV-stabilized" during the manufacturing process. The color and protective properties are embedded in the material, so it does not require frequent repainting or rust-proofing treatments.
4. How does the "small corrugated" design help the structure?
The corrugation acts as a series of structural ribs. This allows the panels to be thinner and lighter while providing the strength necessary to withstand high internal water pressure and external wind forces.
5. Is this casing resistant to industrial chemicals?
Yes. Fiber Reinforced Plastic is highly resistant to a wide range of water-treatment chemicals and acidic environments, making it the "optimum" choice for industrial cooling applications.
